Connect and experience seasonal changes in nature.

Inspired by the seasonal focus of the exhibition An Idea of Life, join artist Lesley Asare and Leila Halid in Hainault Forest to discover nature’s seasonal changes and the joys of Spring. Through walking, movement and conversation, we will explore and witness the transformation of the seasons from Winter to Spring, nature’s season of renewal and rebirth.

Hainault Forest, with its ancient trees and vibrant flora, becomes a canvas upon which we onnect deeply with the natural world, observing the resilience and vitality inherent in every aspect of the forest ecosystem.

More than a walk in the woods, this celebration of the magical interplay between humanity and the more-than-human-world, aims to awaken you to the joys of Spring.

• Dress comfortably and consider bringing layers for changing weather conditions. Sturdy footwear is recommended. More information to follow.

Note: The terrain at Hainault Forest can be moderately muddy and undulating after rainfall. No prior experience in nature connection/forest bathing/ somatic movement is required. Please bring a water bottle, a small blanket or mat for ground activities, and an open heart ready to embrace the beauty of Spring in the company of nature.
