Rachel Parry Hughes is the author of The New Town Culture programme 2018-2020: Art, Creativity and Care, the report on the first phase of the New Town Culture programme, which she wrote while working as a social work lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London. Hopeful Disruption is one of five creative processes which Rachel identified in this report as evident within the work of New Town Culture. Rachel currently works as a senior social worker in a local authority Adult Social Care team.
